Radicchio Rosso di Treviso IGP

Radicchio Rosso di Treviso IGP Tardivo comes from the typical area between the provinces of Treviso, Padua and Venice, and must be obtained according to the traditional technique of forcing and bleaching during which the decks, after harvest - which is normally done from from early November - are placed in tanks filled with spring water. After about fifteen days, that is, once obtained the new  shoots, we proceed with the phase of cleaning, washing and packaging. Once ready, the aspect, is presented in the typical shape, with regular and compact buds close at the top 2021 high grade fake watches.
