This event want to promote the winter production of our agriculture, with entertainment, fair, exhibition and sale of the product and especially typical food like the risotto with radicchio and "tastasal", sausage with radicchio, sausage with pearà, radicchio bread and a sweet cake with radicchio of Verona IGP.
