Recently born, this event aims to promote traditional dishes (such as polenta con la sopressa, polenta col sardelon and lasagne col tastasale), combining them with good wines. Also, this festival aims to promote the land where wines are produced: the event includes cultural activities, such as walks in Valle dei Mulini, and guided tours to Ghiacciaia (ice-house), to “covoli” (caves) of Prigioni and to Grotta di S. Bernardino.
